Erin Beccaria-Grant
Cosmetology Instructor Level 3 Daytime
Erin has an extensive background in cosmetology and fashion.
She is a Shoreline graduate, and has also attended the Art Institute of CA in
San Francisco where she majored in Fashion Design and Marketing. Erin has been in the beauty industry since
2004 with experience in salon management, fashion shows, hair shows, hair and makeup
for weddings and events, and instruction. Erin is a California registered
instructor with a single subject credential in the field of cosmetology. She
has taught all levels and programs in cosmetology, with a focused passion in
precision cutting, color, and extensions. When Erin is not at work you would
find her enjoying an afternoon at the dog park with her fur baby, Mattie or using
her artistic talents to create fascinating, multi-media art work.
Zack Herrington
Cosmetology Instructor Levels 1 & 2 Daytime
Zack is a newer addition to the Shoreline team and we could not be happier to have him. He comes with an exceptional resume, and expansive knowledge that he loves to share with the students. Zack is a fully licensed cosmetologist in three states, although, he recently came back to his beautiful home town of Santa Cruz to pursue his passion. Zack is certified through Aveda in; men’s cutting, women’s cutting, hair color, and esthetics. He was a representative for the Denver Aveda Institute at the 2011 Aveda congress, wherein he was trained in the latest trends in the industry to take back to his students and co-educators. Zack has extensive background in hair and fashion shows and enjoys the artistic and eclectic side of the cosmetology industry. When Zack isn’t on campus he enjoys the beach, hiking, and lounging with his two New Foundlands.
Theresa Baschy
Cosmetology Instructor Daytime & Evening
With over 35 years of experience in the cosmetology
industry, Theresa still manages to keep her style updated and fresh for her
clientele and brings that enthusiasm to work everyday. She has been on the
regional styling team for Goldwell and
the National styling team for Joico. Theresa has performed at countless hair
shows and educational seminars, which prepared her to become the phenomenal
instructor she is today. Theresa loves to do hair now, as much as she did when
she started, and it shows in her passion and dedication to her students
educational growth. Theresa enjoys outdoor activities such as paddle boarding
and biking when she is not teaching or performing hair magic in the salon.
Alvaro Millan
Cosmetology Instructor Evening
Al recently joined our team and comes to us with a strong background in customer service, salon
services and retail. Currently, he is independently contracted out of a Paul Mitchell Focus salon
in Willow Glen and teaches two evenings a week here at Shoreline. Al has been a stylist for 9 years and has continued his education through advanced
Paul Mitchell color, cutting techniques, styling and business courses. Additionally,
Al is certified in Hairdreams extensions.
Al is passionate about this industry, even after a long day at the salon
he still enjoys coming here and sharing his wealth of knowledge with the
Shoreline students. In his off time, Al enjoys running along a beautiful
Silicon Valley hiking trail and spoiling his three dogs.
