We welcomed 16 new students to our very popular full time Cosmetology
program last week!

This program is designed to prepare people for
competitive positions in the cosmetology industry such as cosmetologist, skin care, stylists, colorists, make up artists and manicurists. This course
covers 18 units, which the participants will be required to complete during a
prescribed period of time. The curriculum is covered five days a week for a
10-month period to meet the State of California
cosmetology license exam requirements. The class hours are Tuesday through Saturday
from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
The program is offered in our Capitola location at
1550 41st Avenue. Classes are conducted by a board licensed
cosmetology instructor with extensive industry and teaching background.
Typical work standards such as punctuality, good
attendance, attitude and appropriate dress are required to promote
professionalism and good work habits. Graduates receive job seeking and
business skills as part of their curriculum on a group and individual basis.
